What type of office space do you offer?

We offer the rental of an entire intimate historic home, ideal for those seeking a unique and charming space for their temporary office. Chatterbox Cottage is a perfect space to host clients for meetings or utilize as an office space for the day. The space rents for $40 an hour with a two hour minimum. Please email for multi day rates.

What amenities are included in my rental?

Your rental includes a range of amenities tailored to enhance your experience and productivity, such as high-speed internet access, utilities, access to a private office space, parking, nespresso coffee, and dining room for a collaborative experience.

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available to ensure convenient access to your rental space. The driveway can fit up to 3 cars and the front can fit up to 2.

Parking across the street is strictly prohibited.

Can I pay a monthly rate to have unlimited access?

Yes, we offer monthly rates for unlimited access to your rental space, providing you with the flexibility and convenience you need to focus on your work without worrying about time constraints. Please email to inquire.

Is Chatterbox Cottage fully private if I rent it?

Yes, if you rent the space, you will have full privacy and exclusive access to the entire property, ensuring a private and comfortable environment for your work or personal needs.

Can I host an event at Chatterbox Cottage?

Yes, you are welcome to host events at our rental space. The event space is limited to 6 people inside and 12 people if utilizing the backyard.Please contact us for more information regarding event hosting options, pricing, and availability. It is the perfect space for girls nights, bible study, mahjong parties, and much more.

Can I rent Chatterbox Cottage for content creation?

Yes, you can rent Chatterbox Cottage for shooting social content. Our charming cottage provides an ideal backdrop for capturing captivating photos and videos. Our kitchen is perfect for cooking demos and dining space is great for featuring your tableware.
